Sameha Abdulbaki, DMD

Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist

It is truly a joy and privilege to work with children and their families every day. I am beyond excited to work with Dr. Davidian and her fabulous team. From an early age, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. After years of volunteering at pediatric dental offices and working as an autism aide, I solidified my passion for pediatric dentistry. I’ve always had a deep love for working with children, especially those with special needs, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be in a profession where I get to make a meaningful impact on their health, confidence, and emotional development.

I attended the University of Calgary and earned a degree in Biological Sciences with distinction. I continued my education in Boston and earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Following the completion of dental school, I pursued a two-year pediatric dental residency at the Children’s Hospital Colorado. During my residency, I received advanced training in all aspects of pediatric dentistry, including oral and conscious sedation, dental trauma, behavior guidance, and treating children with complex medical and behavioral needs in both outpatient and hospital settings. These experiences have helped shape my patient-centered approach, one that is rooted in patience, gentleness, and individualized care.

I believe every child deserves to feel seen, safe, and celebrated during their dental visits. I strive to create a welcoming, fun, and nurturing environment where each child can build lifelong positive memories and a healthy relationship with dental care. I also value strong communication with parents and caregivers so that together, we can support each child’s overall well-being and smile.

I grew up in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, but recently moved with my husband to North Carolina. Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies with him, exploring new restaurants (specifically ice cream spots) and spending quality time with our family and friends. We also share a love for travel and discovering new cultures and are excited to call this community our home.

I truly look forward to welcoming you and your child to our practice and to building a long-lasting relationship built on trust, warmth, and care.
